Broker Councils are regional groups of ERA member brokers who meet with the purpose of promoting and providing improved real estate services to the public. The Broker Council structure is designed to foster cooperation among the members, provide members with opportunities to network with their peers and to enable members to undertake joint regional educational and marketing programs, working in conjunction with national marketing and educational efforts. The Broker Councils leverage their individual marketing budgets, bringing the membership together to define common goals and instill the spirit of teamwork.
