Direct Marketing Resource Center – a personalized e-mail messaging system that keeps you in constant contact with your customers, before, during and after the transaction. With Direct Marketing Resouce Center, you have a choice of three separate contact modules, designed to coincide with a specific timeframe within a real estate home buying or selling cycle.
• Interactive Brochures – ERA Real Estate offers to its brokers and their sales associates two unique business card CD-ROMS. The Moving Experience and Interactive Brochure can be used as a prospect tool or as an education tool.
Quick Market Report – lets you give potential sellers and buyers a snapshot of recently sold homes in an area, as well as other real estate-related material in a very concise and professional printed informational package.
Logo and Image Library – contains an abundance of photos and logos available for you to use for market promotional pieces. The images include imagery relating to diversity shots, along with architectural images within a house or outside, yard signs, open house and listing presentation images, as well as families and sales professionals interacting with customers. Also included in the library are many different ERA logos, program logos and certification logos.
ERA® On-Line Advertiser – The ERA On-Line Advertiser is designed to navigate, edit, and customize a variety of ads such as marketing materials for your local publications, billboards, banners, and more. The online tools offer the ability to edit copy and add and/or move photos within a template. These tools make creating and customizing your ERA templates easy and fast, plus offer flexibility while customizing.
Media – The ERA award-winning TV commercials demonstrate the expertise and dedication of ERA real estate professionals, highlighting the sales professional's commitment to service and focus on the details to help ease the home buying and selling process for their customers.*

Internet Advertising – ERA Real Estate took part in a unique online advertising opportunity designed to make an impression on millions of customers on the Internet. ERA Real Estate broadband ads, themed to Promote our distinctive ERA Sellers Security Plan, were placed on search engines such as Google.com, Yahoo.com and AOL.com. Consumers who clicked on the ads, which appeared in random rotation, were redirected to ERA.com to browse your listings and ultimately contact a local ERA real estate office for further assistance.
